Nobody really knows for sure. The account in Genesis mentions the Euphrates river, which is in Iraq. Many speculate that it used to be where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers meet in Iraq. There is very fertile soil in that area. But that is really the only Biblical clue we have. I think it’s fair to assume that something like that could be possible. Others have suggested that, since the flood of Noah, the face of the Earth changed when the waters subsided, so knowing the original location of the Garden of Eden is now impossible.
