Confirmation is starting soon

We’re about to kick off another year of Confirmation, and I wanted to get a few things on your calendar.

When and where

Classes start Wednesday, September 16. We meet Wednesdays 3:00–4:00pm and Sundays 6:00–7:00pm in the Parlor at Our Savior’s — same content both sessions, so pick whichever works best each week. There’s also an optional Office Hours 15 minutes before each class if your student wants to do memory work recitation one-on-one.

I’ve done some minor revisions in the Confirmation Handbook for this year. Please take some time to read through it together:

For families with students not yet enrolled

If you have a 6th–8th grader who isn’t enrolled in confirmation yet, you’re welcome to join us. Confirmation is when kids dig into the catechism, wrestle with real questions from Scripture, and start owning their faith for themselves. The habits they build now will carry them a long way.
